CS Medical, a leading company in the automated ultrasound probe reprocessing industry, is excited to continue its relationship with the Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology (APIC) as a Strategic Partner Collaborator for 2025. With over 15,000 infection preventionist (IP) members and over 100 chapters, APIC is the largest association for infection prevention and control (IPC) professionals.
Established in 2007, the Strategic Partner Program is a formal, mutually beneficial partnership that brings industry partners closer to the IPC community, fostering innovation, knowledge-sharing, and meaningful engagement. Through this program, partners play an integral role in supporting APIC’s mission by contributing to the programs and services that make APIC membership invaluable.
“Our Strategic Partner Program is designed to create deeper connections between industry leaders and IPC professionals,” said Devin Jopp, APIC CEO. “By working together, we strengthen the field of infection prevention and ensure our members have access to the latest advancements and resources.”
Program partners gain unique opportunities to contribute to education, research, and advocacy efforts that drive the future of infection prevention. APIC's IP members are specially trained professionals, leaders, educators, and collaborators from diverse backgrounds, including nursing, public health, laboratory, and allied health fields. IPs work on the frontlines to prevent infections in healthcare systems, hospitals, long-term care facilities, clinics, health agencies, non-healthcare settings, and industry.
CS Medical's president, Mark Leath, shared that “CS Medical is pleased to once again join with the APIC organization to support infection preventionists across the globe as a Strategic Partner. We are committed to creating a safer world through our automated solutions that clean and high-level disinfect ultrasound probes to aid in the prevention of healthcare-associated infections.”
